Kitchen Conniasseur was created in 1989 – and the sauce that started it all was our award winning Curry Cream Sauce. It’s our signature sauce, and all these years later it remains a best seller!
This flavourful sauce is prepared with a blend of curry, coconut and cream. It’s sweeter than expected, but still a savoury sauce with an undertone of delightful curry heat! We always have samples of this sauce on hand in our retail store. For those who have never experienced this distinctive Curry Cream flavour, their faces light up with awe over

There are many ways to use our Curry Cream Sauce. The jar label includes a very simple “direction for use.” Simply place the Curry Cream Sauce in a saucepan. Add 1 Cup of cooked seafood, meat, or chicken. Blend and heat thoroughly. Stir frequently to prevent boiling and serve over a bed of rice. Of course you can be a bit more adventuresome than these jar label directions! Pour it on some chicken, or toss it in with some rice and cauliflower to add that needed burst of flavour! It is ideal for traditional curry dinners, a wild rice salad, or a party dip. It’s perfect on its own, but fabulous when you serve the finished dish with a side of our Mango Chutney.
